Service scopes, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual proposals or statements of work (“SOWs”). If there is a conflict between these Terms and an SOW, the SOW prevails for that project.

4. Fees & payment

Unless otherwise stated, fees are exclusive of taxes. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue.

5. Client responsibilities

Provide timely access to platforms, assets, and approvals.
Ensure rights to any materials you supply to us.
Comply with applicable laws and platform policies.

6. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of our pre-existing IP and tools. Upon full payment, you receive a licence (or an assignment if agreed in an SOW) to use final deliverables for your business.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties must keep confidential information secure and use it only for the engagement.

8. Data protection

Each party will comply with applicable data protection laws. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Disclaimers

We provide the site and services “as is” and do not guarantee specific results. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate an SOW for material breach not cured within 14 days of written notice. Accrued rights and obligations survive termination.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
